TSF, CSO and CONDO 1-to-1 UPDATE Workshops

One of the key recommendations of the CSO Tiger Team Report was to develop a Total Support Force Concept in order to better integrate Contractors supporting MoD in the home base through to the deployed space. As part of the Strategic Defence Review, MoD supported by A|D|S developed a Total Support Force Direction as part of the Whole Force Concept. An interim Total Support Force Direction will be delivered to the Defence Operating Board in July. We believe that the next step will be for Front Line Commands and Contractors to identify and develop individual Total Support Force capabilities to meet the requirements of Planning Round 12 and beyond.

The Cost of a 1-to-1 TSF, CSO and CONDO Workshop

A 1-to-1 Workshop is costed as follows:

• £1,350.00 + VAT for 3 personnel.
• £250.00 + VAT for any additional delegates.
• The cost of Workshop folder provided to each delegate is £50.00 per delegate. The folder contains all of the presentation powerpoints, the latest MoD CSO Policy (TSF, CONDO, SR and PSCs) and a number of important documents on legal status, insurance, medical and training requirements.
• Reasonable expenses for travel and accommodation to your site.
