Contractors who have attended a Higginson Associates CSO and CONDO Workshop or who have had one of our Bespoke in-house 1-1 CSO and CONDO Workshops may require further assistance to execute their deployment.
Higginson Associates are uniquely placed to provide bespoke assistance to contractors who are either busy on other tasks or who wish to bring in expert advice to assist them through the CSO and CONDO process to enable the contractor to deploy their employees to carry out their contracted tasks safely, efficiently and in a timely fashion.
Many contractors require assistance and support to co-ordinate, organise and execute their CSO and CONDO deployment. This will range from the wider company/corporate due diligence process including the writing of internal procedures for the arrangements that need to be put in place to:- carry out a risk assessment, procure insurance coverage, pre-deployment training and pre and post medical and dental checks for CONDO Personnel. In addition there are a number of other administrative and support requirements which need to be carried out before the deployment can be authorised by both the senior management of the company and the MoD. All of these take time and resource.
